We REQUIRE all residents to submit their service requests in writing. The fastest and most effective method is through your Rentvine Portal Service Request Tab.

Once your repair is submitted our maintenance executive team will assign the request to a Preferred Vendor who is licensed, insured, and professional. The Vendor will be in contact with your shortly to schedule your repair request.

Emergency Requests Only

We offer a 24 hr answering service for your convenience. After hour emergency requests are able to be placed at 402.527.4471 .

An emergency would be considered no heat, no air, or plumbing overflow.

All other work order requests can be made by calling the office during normal business hours or logging into your Rentvine portal service request link.
